After a foot injury last summer, I developed soreness, pain, and reduced range of motion in my legs, hips, and lower back due to the change in my gait. I consulted a series of doctors, orthopedists, chiropractors, and podiatrists who all recommended various treatments, but it wasn't until I considered seeing a massage therapist, that I felt like I was on the right track to fixing the problem. I scheduled a massage with Sam Craw, and after a one hour session, all of the knots were worked out of my calves and legs, the nagging pain in my hips and lower back were all but gone, and it just gave me a better sense of what was happening with my muscles, tendons, and ligaments. I've since been able to get back to a more rigorous workout routine, and my experience with Sam has helped transform my life for the better.
